Defined STEM - Timing Your Food

Objective :
Cooks and bakers must time each step of the baking process in order for the recipe to turn out correctly.

Follow along of the croissant-making process. Dough is flattened and cut into equal pieces. Pieces are rolled up and arranged on baking pans and baked.
